In 2019/2020, Facebook hired 40.000 people. Imagine how many folks you need to interview in order to hire 40k people. This massive increase in scale led to a series of problems:
- Too many interview requests for some interviewers.
- Not enough interview requests for others.
- Late response to interview requests.
- Candidate frustration about last-minute interview changes.

Hypothese
By creating a new surface that automates the listing of available interviews, we can greatly increase interviewer utilization rate and decrease reschedules.
